Our most decadent beer yet! We filled our lauter tun with as much chocolate and crystal malt as we could. We then caramelized brown sugar in the kettle and let it boil for hours. Finished it all off with sea salt, lactose, cacao nibs and vanilla. Reminiscent of a salted caramel chocolate brownie, this Pastry Stout is definitely a sipper! Layers of chocolate with a sweet and salty finish.
